Warranty and Return Policy 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the item in like new condition within 30 days after delivery. In the rare case the item is damaged or lost during delivery we will refund your money or replace the item free of charge. Please contact us before initiating a return so that we may assist you.

All rods come with a two (2) year warranty which covers any defects that are a result of faulty workmanship or materials under normal usage. The buyer may be required to pay shipping charges to return the defective product for repair or replacement.

To start a return or warranty claim please email us at support@sftackle.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 'Bargain Bin' items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
